What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support delivery and execution of RPA and process automation initiatives across multiple business activities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Configure workflows based on detailed business requirements using RPA software
- Ensure process changes are documented, accurate, and effective, while addressing defects in a timely manner
- Conduct workshops with process owners to understand and document business requirements accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in RPA Development, Blue Prism, Computer Science, Operations, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision-making through effective communication
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience in process management and financial systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Blue Prism software developer certification
- Proficiency in automation software including Python, Power Automate, or Power BI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
