What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related commissions administration experience

- Experience working with large sets of data and sales reporting
- Proven ability to lead projects and adapt to change

- Experience using Xactly for commission management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to problem-solve independently and work collaboratively with other departments
