What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and CPQ specialists, providing technical direction and career guidance
- Own the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements
- Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable
- Conduct regular code reviews, technical validations, and performance optimizations
- Champion continuous improvement through team retrospectives and the adoption of new tools or practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience (product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates)
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and best practices
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Technical Architect certifications
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
