What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the team to design, create, maintain, and enhance reusable solutions for multiple teams
- Support all SDLC activities, ensuring product scalability, reliability, and performance
- Participate in design discussions, grooming user stories, sprint demos, and daily scrums
- Recommend product and design changes to meet quality and performance standards
- Lead team meetings and project planning efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including 2 years of Salesforce.com development using Lightning Web Components
- Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, web services, and Salesforce architecture
- Experience with application configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, and database design
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IntelliJ and Flosum or similar change management products
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with AWS solutions
- Proven success in new technology implementation
