Job Description
- Req#: J235310
- Assist supervisor in leading assigned shift of dipatchers when supervisor not present. Duties shall include answering questions, assigning work, handling complaints involving dispatchers.
- Monitor and review the CCTV system. Assist in dispatching resources as necessary upon discovering issues via CCTV monitoring. Review video as required.
- Assist in dispatching calls for service via radio. Maintain two-way radio communications and respond to officer's needs as requested.
- Monitor and respond to various forms of inbound communications and alarm systems. This includes but is not limited to the radio frequency, telephones, access control system alarms and other outside resources.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School/GED
- None
- Associate's Degree in Criminology
- 5 years Communications and/or Security
- Act 73 FBI fingerprint background check needed upon hire.
- 3 years Supervisory/Leadership

JOB SUMMARY
