Job Title: Lead Sheet Metal Fabricator
Job Description
The Lead Sheet Metal Fabricator will be a hands-on leader overseeing the sheet metal area. This role involves team leadership, production oversight, quality assurance, continuous improvement, safety compliance, resource management, documentation/reporting, and hands-on completion of sheet metal fabrication tasks. The department is newly established, starting with Brake Press, Hardware Insertion, and Spot Welding Machines, and will develop towards MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
**Hourly employees get paid WEEKLY**
Benefits:
BC/BS for Healthcare and MetLife for the rest. 10 paid holidays, vacation pro-rated in the first year and our 401K offers entry at the first of each quarter with Company matching funds (60% of the first 6% of contribution) after 1-year of employment (for active Plan participants). There is a 5-year vesting period for the matching funds only.10 Holidays paid - start at date of hire
PTO - typically 2 weeks to start prorated based on date of hire. 90 day probationary period before being able to use the PTO.
Company pays the full monthly premiums for STD AND LTD for every employee
