What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategy and continuous improvement for key developer tools to enhance the software delivery lifecycle
- Define and track metrics for developer productivity and satisfaction using established frameworks
- Champion automation and standardization across engineering practices
- Manage and mentor the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to design onboarding and growth programs for engineers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in software engineering or applicable technology
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering or related technology
- Strong understanding of developer tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely
- Experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning and mentorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare information systems
- Familiarity with metrics frameworks like DORA, SPACE, and Accelerate
- Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into developer workflows
