What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in software development, code review, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Utilize expertise in Angular JS to develop and maintain responsive web applications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java and Spring to build scalable and efficient backend systems
- Foster collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams
- Manage software development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in Angular JS, Java, and Spring
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Java 11 and above, preferably Java 17
- Experience with Java-based Microservices frameworks
- Knowledge of application monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Dynatrace
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery
- Understanding of industry standards for Banking, Treasury, and Payment systems – ISO 20022 and/or EDI
