What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) automation solutions
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
- Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating Pega OpenSpan with enterprise applications
- Mentor and guide Pega Robotics developers in best practices and solution design
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on Pega OpenSpan and RPA methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Area of experience: OpenSpan, Pega Robotics
- Strong expertise in integrating Pega Robotics with desktop, web, and legacy applications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with 4+ years in Pega Robotics/OpenSpan development and automation
- Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) certification
- Hands-on experience in Pega OpenSpan, RPA solution architecture, and automation orchestration
- Experience with UI automation, Citrix automation, OCR technologies, and AI-driven automation
