Responsibilities:
- Review and approve practicum applications submitted by students
- Collaborate with practicum coordinators to ensure students fulfill their responsibilities
- Assist students in selecting practicum locations and completing their requirements
- Support the achievement of student practicum learning outcomes
- Address and resolve issues related to practicum sites
- Provide accurate reports to stakeholders regarding student placements
- Ensure a high-quality student experience with practicum coordinators
- Evaluate practicum processes and implement improvements as needed
- Maintain relationships with clinical agencies for successful practicum experiences
- Identify and address concerns related to practicum experiences
- Utilize systems and technologies effectively for process and reporting support
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of program and practicum requirements
- Research and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in nursing
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large amounts of information
- Proficiency in multiple computer software systems
- Strong knowledge or experience in healthcare education preferred
- Comfortable developing relationships over the phone
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks
- Up to 15% travel required
- Active and unrestricted registered nursing license
- Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner certification
Additional Information:
- The expected salary range for this position is between $59,923.09 and $108,334.92 annually. Actual pay will be based on factors such as experience, training, and location.
