- Req#: 2907
- Lead a team of people, following the Association’s Management Charter, with managing people being the primary responsibility
- Work with the Line Manager to identify new business opportunities, build market development strategies across the organisation to achieve Pathway sales specially on C-Suite & CGMA Senior Executive Program (C-SEP) pathways.
- Build activities to promote CIMA to potential pathway prospects through corporate fast track routes and ensure CIMA is the choice of professional qualification for corporate professionals to pursue their career in Management Accountancy, and thereby increase pathway numbers and achieve target set.
- Develop cordial relations with corporate entities, chambers, professional communities and thereby build strategies with these organizations to lead pathway recruitments through delivering CIMA’s products and services including the FLP and PCG products and do these via Corporate Roadshows.
- Improve Corporate Partner program for Sri Lanka managing retention of corporates and making the maximum from those relationships.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or a business-related field
- Experience in business development and sales or marketing
- Work experience in education or professional bodies is an added advantage
- Great relationshops with Employers and Associations

You'll recruit pathway students ensuring their retention and progression as members. Support Employer relations, including Promote Competency Globally (PCG)/Finance Leadership Program (FLP) sales. You will report to the Senior Manager- Sri Lanka.
