Salary Range: $40.43 - $60.93 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

The Senior Accountant Lead performs general accounting functions for the department. Knowledgeable of GAAP principles and OSHPD guidelines for financial preparation essential. Knowledge in determining booking journal entries per GAAP. Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct. This position also mentors and supports staff, handles high level projects, and works collaboratively with various teams/departments (i.e. Accounting, Finance).

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general and/or Hospital/healthcare accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required and degree in accounting preferred
• Working knowledge of general ledger system.
