The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Lead Student Hub Advisor to join our dynamic team at the Leeds campus.
As a Lead Student Hub Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our student body, delivering exceptional customer service. In this key role, you'll manage escalated student cases, oversee crucial administrative tasks, and focus on the professional development of our Student Hub team. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and guiding Student Hub Advisors, empowering them to resolve complex inquiries effectively from the first point of contact.
**You will be required to work 27 hours per week, three evenings on a rota basis between Monday and Thursday from 3pm to 8pm in addition to Fridays from 3pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
Please note that during the summer (August), Saturday hours will be redistributed across weekdays, from Monday to Friday
About You:We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in a front-line, customer-facing role. You should have a proven track record of managing escalated enquiries and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Your ability to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience within a higher education (HE) or further education (FE) environment and of training and developing team members is highly desirable.
