      Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

      Overtime as needed (Fridays included)

      Our Supply Chain Supervisor will need to think strategically and set priorities for the Materials Team in order to supply materials to production that are timely, high quality, and efficient. We need someone who is a phenomenal teammate, and able to operate in a sophisticated, multifaceted business environment. Duties include but are not limited to purchasing and directing purchase of inventory and non-inventory parts, maintaining accurate inventory, fostering strategic partnerships with vendors, and collaborating with accounting and finance partners to meet the need of the business.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Advising and purchasing for direct and indirect materials
      • Maintaining inventory and associated financial data
      • Management of vendors and associated purchasing agreements
      • Import/Export compliance and execution
      • Global Trade Compliance awareness and assistance

      Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

      • Minimum Required Education: Associates degree or higher in supply chain or other relevant field
      • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and/ or ERP data management required
      • Knowledge of industrial purchasing standard methodologies and accounting practices
      • Experience ERP/MRP
      • Excelling critical communication skills
      • Strong PPI, Lean and or Six Sigma working experience with demonstrated achievement of continuous improvement through utilization of Lean tools

      Compensation and Benefits

      The salary range estimated for this position based in Colorado is $75,800.00–$113,675.00.

      This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
