      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant as part of the D igital Technology and Innovation (DTI) group. DTI provides Wells Fargo customers with highly reliable and secure digital experiences to meet their financial needs. Working collaboratively with our business partners, DTI creates composite solutions specializing in combining platform technologies that includes robotics, intelligent automation, digitization solutions, CRM, and enterprise content management. The key to our success is in hiring best-in-class technology professionals to create, deliver and support high quality financial software solutions in an efficient, secure, and innovative manner.

      We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant role in our Technology Governance and Control group within the Digital Technology & Innovation Office of the CIO. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring our applications, systems, middle-ware components, and development environments meet Wells Fargo technology standards and policies.

      This critical role will be responsible for execution of tracking, reporting and related support work for Wells Fargo Technology Policies, including identification and management of Technology Policy Exceptions and Deviations. Candidate will work with various levels of teammates and management to assist with tracking application compliance to insure Enterprise Standards within Digital Technology and Innovation. The candidate will work to develop Subject Matter Expertise in assigned areas, create, and update process documentation and share knowledge with application teams. Additional duties may include involvement in Software Development Life Cycle compliance, Identify and Access Management efforts, and other related Governance and Control remediation activities.

      In this role, you will:

      • Represent Digital Technology & Innovation in partner meetings for compliance, communicating those efforts back to the broad audience of DTI and working with teams on timelines and schedules for completion of risk remediation.
      • Own the tracking and reporting routines required for this role.
      • Negotiate timelines and implementation expectations within DTI, Risk Management and in some cases, vendor environments for dynamic, high availability applications and services comprised of complex configurations
      • Plan and hold meetings, interact with areas and roles within DTI and its’ technology partners including Senior Managers to review progress towards goals.
      • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
      • Prepare and present meeting materials for routine leadership updates

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 3+ years of technical program or project management experience with an emphasis on risk mitigation and remediation
      • 3+ years of Technology Application Development experience

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
      • Ability to prepare and present senior level communications for routine updates
      • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management
      • Ability to work Autonomously, self-starter, look for patterns for DTI Governance and Control issues and recommend corrections/process changes
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
      • Ability to support many high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously
      • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
      • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

      Job Expectations:

      Pay Range:

      San Franciso, CA: $115,900 - $206,100

      Concord, CA: $115,900 - $206,100

      Pay Range

      $96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual
