      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst responsible for supporting a portfolio of diverse application projects, serving as a liaison between application owners and role owners within the Corporate and Investment Banking and Commercial Banking lines of business. The candidate will receive project requests through a work queue in the SIMBA tool. They will initiate information gathering sessions to learn about new applications being introduced into the business. The candidate will then perform role mining, data analysis, and consult with business role owners to determine where new application entitlements should be built into the SIMBA roles. The candidate may also liaise with application form owners to create and or update ART/AIMS forms for provisioning access. Additional projects include partnering with the ASoD team to ensure toxic combinations are identified and remediated within the SIMBA roles and monitoring weekly/monthly reporting to identify and remediate applications that have bypassed the standard SIMBA process. The candidate will assist with creation and maintenance of internal tools used for data mining.


      In this role, you will:

      • Lead or participate in initiatives and projects within technology operations
      • Guide complex technology projects with broad impact for the business
      • Act as key participant in the plan development for Technology Operations
      • Analyze complex technical operations challenges which require in-depth evaluation
      • Conduct research and create reports and presentations on findings
      • Lead the development of process and operational improvements
      • Be the liaison with the onshore team and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore team
      • Ensure quality and security of the solutions and address remediation's as needed
      • Champion continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities
      • Set performance standards for the team and ensure operations achieve or exceed performance metrics
      • Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement
      • Make decisions based on the understanding of the requirements that influence projects
      • Lead teams to meet deadlines and drive new initiatives
      • Review, approve, and implement recommended changes to plans
      • Collaborate and consult with employees to resolve initiatives and achieve technology directives
      • Act as a mentor for individuals, serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 5+ years of Information Security experience
      • 3+ years of Excel
      • 3+ years of Project Management
      • 1+ years of IAM experience (Identity Access Management)

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of Application Onboarding
      • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Visio
      • Advanced communication and execution skills; proficiency with documentation development including creation of process flows and procedures; proficiency with project management/coordination.
      • Prior experience in Access Provisioning
      • Knowledge of and experience with Tableau
      • Knowledge of and experience with Jira
      • Experience working within Agile Teams
      • Be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to switch gears quickly, re-prioritize, and multi-task.
