      The Opportunity:

      CACI has an excellent opportunity for a Lead Tenable Engineer to provide technical leadership to an Information Technology (IT) Systems Engineering team supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS). You will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of a new Tenable architecture for the DAF. As the Lead Tenable Engineer, you will work with the ACAS Solution Architect, Chief Architect, and Chief Engineer to lead the technical development of the ACAS Solution; reporting to the ACAS Project Manager.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead the execution as the Senior Engineer for the Tenable ACAS Solution with a focus in the following technology areas: Azure Cloud, Red Hat Linux, Tenable Software Solutions for ACAS, Scripting (Python, PowerShell, other languages as necessary), and Postgres Databases
      • Lead the day-to-day execution activities of the engineering team in conjunction with the Project Manager and Solution Architect
      • Aid in the development of the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in conjunction with the ACAS Project Manager to ensure a 18-24 month cyber development roadmap
      • Identify technical continuous improvement and project execution efficiencies
      • Develop and implement improvements to existing processes and practices
      • Conduct investigation to understand root cause of issues and problems
      • Develop topology and flow diagrams with team technical staff
      • Develop, and brief, solution presentation material to program and DAF Engineering teams
      • Develops, and leads the development of, automation scripts and code efficiencies

      Annual Performance Objectives

      • Passed all Department of the Airforce internal Gate Reviews without rejection
      • Ability to white-board the solution ad-hoc with the project team without the need to reference existing solution materials
      • Implement identified process improvement per quarter



      Qualifications:

      Required:

      • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
      • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
      • 7+ Years of Experience with ACAS Solutions; Tenable preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience
      • 3+ Years of Experience deploying, automating, and hardening Red Hat Linux Operating Systems
      • 1+ year of experience supporting Postgres Databases
      • 1+ year of experience supporting the Department of Defense
      • Excellent communication skills with experience briefing internal project team members and DAF stakeholders
      • One of the following Certifications
        • CISSP or equivalent DoD 8140 Certification Compliance as a Tenable Engineer.

      The proposed salary range for this position is:

      $90,300-$189,600
