Lead UX DesignerJob DetailsJob Id: 8441Location: San Jose / New York (preferably; remote work also acceptable)Experience: 7+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeMust be a VeteranResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes to communicate quick concepts.Deliver web and responsive web visual designs.Deliver mobile or mobile-optimized designs.Build clickable prototypes.Demonstrate work professionally and clearly.Create design diagrams such as site maps, user flows, workflow diagrams, and information architecture diagrams.Ask the correct questions during meetings and drive problem resolution.Follow established brand and web style guides.Create fully animated design prototypes.Create logos and other marketing graphics.Code basic web pages and understand web layouts deeply.Provide input and feedback on pixel quality and UI development.Present design approaches and solutions to stakeholders, including directors and engineers.Create brand identities such as logos, color palettes, iconography, and typography.Conduct research and feedback activities: discovery, concept testing, usability testing, user acceptance testing.Lead ideation or concept meetings for progress.Define visual guidelines: color theory, typography, iconography.Manage projects using agile methodologies, plan work, and meet milestones.Scope and estimate project deadlines and deliverables.Plan and execute the design process.Resolve conflicts in design opinions within the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree or related field training.6-10+ years of UX experience.Strong UX design portfolio.Problem-solving and design thinking skills.Excellent communication skills.Leadership experience in an IT setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
