      If you are a Lean Enterprise Program Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an opening for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will provide project management support for Supply Chain initiatives that require broad application of lean and/or six sigma principles and tools in support of Supply Performance Engineering strategy. Focusing on ensuring supplier management processes consistently achieve performance targets with respect to quality, speed, and cost.
      In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
      • Providing lean support to Global Supply Chain
      • Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
      • Leading and handling lean projects
      • Training and coaching employees on lean/six sigma methodologies and tools
      • Provide leadership in finding opportunities and delivering solutions for metric improvements
      • Provide leadership for identifying training needs. Define requirements for training classes and conduct training for internal and external personnel

      Who You Are:

      You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and collaborators. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You persist in the face of challenges and setbacks. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely.

      For This Role, You Will Need:
      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 6 years related experience
      • Lean/Six Sigma training
      • Project Management Skills
      • Legal authorization to work in the United States
      Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
      • MBA Preferred
      • Lean and/or six sigma certifications

      Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $82,000-$118,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
