      Lean Manufacturing Specialist

      Within the OE Manufacturing team, the primary mission of the Lean Manufacturing Specialist is to support the deployment of the OE manufacturing strategy across the Group mainly focusing on the following areas:

      • Plays a key role proactively supporting the deployment of OE Manufacturing strategy through all Aptar segments and Sites and working by project.
      • Promotes and leads Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives in the manufacturing area, providing guidelines, training contents as well as direct hands-on support on Sit
      • Strives for manufacturing processes standardization and implementation of Best Practices with the support of the Business Process Management Community (BPC, BPE) and in cooperation with all OE/CI stakeholders.
      • Leading and supporting the deployment of OE Manufacturing Global Programs and initiatives, with particular focus on performance improvement, Six Sigma, TPM, SME
      • Supporting the implementation of lean manufacturing methods and tools, promoting best practices sharing between Sit
      • Delivering training materials and sessions about OE Manufacturing approach, methods and too
      • Networking with BPC/BPE community and local OE/CI Managers, Coordinators and stakeholders

      Reporting line: Director Operational Excellence Manufacturing

      Locations: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, UK . Remote office possible.

      Travel proportion: around 50%

      WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY

      • Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience
      • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing approach and methods
      • Experience in Manufacturing, production execution and shop floor management
      • Lean manufacturing approach and methods application
      • Six Sigma projects
      • Data analysis and managementTraining
      • Fluent English + another language is aplus
      • Certifications : Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
      • Project management skills
      • Change management skills
      • Organized and analytical working structure Team working
      • Communication skills, at all levels of the organization
      • Knowledge about data management tools (Excel, PowerBI)
      • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
