      Make a difference as a Learning & Capability Development Specialist.

      Your Role
      As the Learning & Capability Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for uplifting the capability within Property Claims Fulfilment (PCF) and our Domestic Preferred Builder Suppliers through planning, creating and delivering engaging and effective learning materials for internal and external stakeholders that ensure we comply with regulatory and insurer requirements. You’ll conduct needs analysis across the PCF team and our suppliers, create and deliver training programs and initiatives across multiple platforms and channels that align to business objectives ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience for participants.

      This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based anywhere is Australia.


      About You

      • Demonstrated and advanced experience in Instructional Design, utilising various adult learning principles.
      • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions and programs following an agile methodology.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships.
      • Experience in digital learning design.
      • Extensive experience in supporting, consulting and challenging executive stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
      • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with relevant tertiary qualifications.
