      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee routine processes for the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation
      - Maintain and generate regular reports for the Relias Learning Management Systems
      - Collaborate with various teams to provide efficient learning solutions that meet business needs
      - Troubleshoot issues related to LMS functionality and eLearning technologies
      - Support the LMS Administrator in enhancing the learning experience for all users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Education, or related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an LMS Administrator with Learning Management Systems
      - Excellent Excel skills for report generation and data customization
      - Basic understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as MS Access
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse individuals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with SCORM Cloud and Workday
      - Relevant experience in a healthcare or research environment
      - Self-directed learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Familiarity with eLearning technologies such as AICC/SCORM
