      You will directly report into the Vice President, Talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

      • Design and/or deploy L&D programs focused on accelerating development of succession pipeline, talent funnel, and mid-level people leaders.
      • Lead global execution of Danaher’s Leadership Development Nomination and Early Career Programs including General Manager Development Program (GMDP) and Maximizing Leadership Performance (MLP).
        • Lead annual demand collection process with Opcos, connecting demand to insights & needs from org and talent discussions.
        • Lead platform recruitment activities by acting as the linking pin for Corporate University Recruitment team, aligning and coaching hiring managers, interviewing & selecting diverse talent, and finding the best suitable first progression.
        • Program manage Life Sciences-led cohorts, including organizing training events, network events, peer-to-peer coaching, and Senior Leader led learning events.
        • Partner with Opco HR Business Partners and Opco Talent leaders to identify roles for rotation programs that offer the most impactful participant development experiences.
        • Build close relationships with program participants via regular check-in conversations, understands career ambitions, and development goals. Facilitate timely rotations into roles & opcos that accelerate participant development for rotation programs.
        • Drive VOC from both participants and business. Suggests improvement projects / kaizens to bring the programs and/or execution to the next level.
      • Provide insights into the status of L&D programs by reviewing the monthly KPIs and initiating continuous improvement activities for areas not on track.
      • Take a strong change management, customer-centric, and systems thinking approach to building associate skills, partnering with key stakeholders to build sustainable change.
      • Bring best practice L&D practices to organization and act as L&D subject matter expert for OpCos.
      • Program manage annual Performance Management and Development processes and partner with Danaher Talent COE to drive process improvement; analyze results, provide trends, and next step recommendations. Implement next step recommendations.
      • Partner with Life Sciences communications partner to market L&D tools and resources.
      • Program manage engagement survey and evolving employee listening strategy, partnering closely with Danaher engagement team members and Life Sciences communications partner.

      The essential requirements of the job include:

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 5+ years in Human Resources related function in a multinational, matrix organization
      • 5+ years combined experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and/or Early Careers.
      • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
      • Proficient systems and technical experience including solid MS office skills and HR and/or Learning Management Systems

      Preferred skills and attributes for the role include the following:

      • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Behavior
      • Continuous improvement mindset and experience
      • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with and influence key stakeholders within businesses/OpCos and across enterprise
      • Strong change management skills including use of tools, methodologies, and more emergent change strategies
      • Proven mindset of ‘getting things done’ and can demonstrate results. Can work independently, takes initiative, and makes things happen.
      • Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated project management experience and leveraging DBS tools.
      • Strong communicator. Effective facilitator, trainer, and strong presentation skills.
      • Strong analytical skills that include the understanding of how to collect critical data, analyze data, identify key themes/trends and translate them into plausible recommendations. Ability to represent information in an engaging and appealing manner.
