      Job Description & Summary

      The L&D Senior Associate dedicated to our Deals Line of Service (LoS) coordinates and supports the ongoing administration, creation and delivery of best in class learning solutions, virtual and hybrid solutions, and talent and development programmes in totality, from concept and design through execution and assessment.The general purpose of this position is to coordinate the successful scheduling, communication and implementation of all L&D programmes offered to staff, as well as maintaining and updating relevant systems for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

      The Role

      As an L&D Senior Associate within our Deals practice, your responsibilities will include:

      • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational / LoS goals and employee development needs

      • Learning content design, delivery, creation of related materials

      • Coordinates all details related to enrolment of courses: full ownership of attendee list, printing, updating materials, logistics, catering, room set-up, etc.

      • Provides onsite support at L&D programmes/events and is part of pre-event logistics/project team, working closely with HC, recruitment, onboarding teams

      • Prepares and sends programme communication and advance material packages to participants

      • Sets up and supports online and/or virtual learning sessions

      • Evaluates feedback post training sessions and shares learning to better content and delivery for future sessions

      • Creation, advertisement and maintenance of the Deals & BU Technical training calendar

      • Take an active role in maintaining stakeholder relationships with the business in order to align L&D needs with internal and global learning options

      • Prepare and analyze L&D data using data preparation and data visualization tools

      • Managing LoS L&D dashboards on a monthly basis to provide timely and accurate information on LoS total training hours, professional qualifications, budgets etc

      • Support L&D lead to and monitor and maintain LoS and business unit level L&D budget

      • Payment of invoices on time to external suppliers/vendors

      • Coordinate with PwC global L&D teams to benchmark and collaborate with regards to Deals L&D programmes

      • Help identify cost effective delivery models and learning resources

      • Coordinates and supports reporting related to learning management systems

      • Coordinates material production and inventory for assigned course

      Requirements

      • Relevant experience with learning and development, with a focus on program design and digital learning solutions within a professional services or corporate environment

      • Knowledge of L&D methodologies, ADDIE cycle and Kirkpatrick Four Levels of evaluation techniques

      • Hands on experience with creating pathways or learning journeys in a supporting role

      • Has leveraged digital tools and platforms to deliver effective learning solutions

      • Successfully supported on implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery methods

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions is a plus.

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes.

      • Flexible and adaptive to change, with a proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies in the L&D field

      • Great attention to detail

      • Confident to multitask and prioritize

      • Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools

      • Your flexibility to travel 25% of the time to be on site for L&D activities. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location and overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business
