      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, deploy, deliver, and evaluate learning strategies and programs to enhance team performance
      - Collaborate with project leads to develop a learning strategy aligned with organizational goals
      - Maintain and improve onboarding processes for new hires and create curated learning content
      - Utilize learning management systems to support the development of complex curriculum
      - Manage multiple training projects and transition smoothly between tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
      - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the learning and development field
      - Demonstrated experience developing learning strategies and content for adults in the actuarial community
      - Proficient in software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and learning development tools
      - Strong knowledge of program evaluation and metrics creation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data analysis and familiarity with agile methodologies
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills
