      Learning & Development Specialist

      Job Description Summary

      The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing training across the Americas Services platform. This position will focus on Multifamily teams and initiatives including:
      - New employee training
      - Existing employee training
      - Project/Initiative-related training

      Job Description

      The Learning & Development Specialist will:

      • Collaborate with project teams for applicable initiatives
      • Develop and update written reference guides
      • Develop and enhance eLearning courses, including media production, simulations, and knowledge checks
      • Develop and deliver virtual instructor-led training
      • Conduct needs analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and what existing content should be enhanced or is outdated.

      The successful candidate will bring experience in Multifamily Property Management systems (Multifamily Yardi, The RealPage Suite, and Yardi Affordable) in addition to knowledge around Affordable Housing programs and Affordable Ledgers.

      The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


      The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


      The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
