Work closely with the Head of SMI Academy to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that contribute to improved performance of the teams and build skill levels
Partner with key stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of current and future learning needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deploy a variety of training styles such as blended, virtual and classroom
Apply your knowledge and expertise to design and author engaging and effective eLearning modules, uploading them to a learning experience platform ready for assigning
Work closely with third-party training partners and our regions to manage and communicate existing learning programmes
Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning programmes through feedback and metrics making improvements as necessary.
Qualified to Degree level, or equivalent experience in L&D
Experienced in designing and deploying a variety of training styles – blended, digital, virtual and classroom
Competent in the use of eLearning authoring tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise workload versus deadlines
Competent in 70-20-10 methodology
Passionate about helping people learn and grow
An affinity for Sales and Marketing and/or have worked in or with Sales and Marketing teams, within a large matrix organisation
Resilient and persuasive, with effective communication skills
Collaborative, you enjoy working in a team and can work independently
A keen self-starter who thrives within ‘hands on’ situations
Familiar with e-learning best practice and generally knowledgeable in technological developments in Learning and Development
Excellent command of English, any other European languages are a plus.

As a member of the Sales, Marketing and Innovation (SMI) Talent Team, you will partner with key stakeholders to design, help implement and evaluate comprehensive learning programmes that enhance employee skills, encourage professional growth and contribute to organisational success. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate take responsibility for learning solutions for our Sales & Marketing teams across our global, matrixed packaging organisation.
