Responsibilities:
- Head and coach of China learning & leadership culture crew.
- Being an intrepreneur to seek for every opportunity to innovate, to develop competences of future and drive culture change.
- Lead a team of learning consultants, product managers and experts (leadership, learning, OD, culture, UX, quality, knowledge management) to enable transformation and boost performance of associates and business.
- Provide transformation qualification programs to develop competences of future.
- Drive the development and implementation of state of the art learning tools and methods.
- Manage learning, leadership development and organization development consultation projects.
- Cultivate leadership and collaboration culture incl. coaching, positive leadership etc.
- Lead and continuously innovate digital learning practices.
- Explore and build external partnerships and innovation eco-system to develop people products.
Qualifications
- High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)
- Transformational leadership style
- Certified in relevant areas incl. learning, talent development, OD or coaching
- Good training and facilitation skills
