Gain a deep understanding of the business unit strategy to define and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with diverse and inclusive culture
Utilize best practices in adult learning and development to support business goals, KPIs, and other key metrics
Serves as a program manager to coordinate all stakeholders from business side and learning team to efficiently develop and implement desired learning programs
Leverages data to make informed decisions related to relentless prioritization, gap identification and future state planning
Identify critical knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to support client training objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationship at all levels of an organization to achieve a trusted advisor status, service as the primary interface between the client and the development team, and take action that demonstrates a client-centric orientation
Creatively apply extensive knowledge of adult learning theories, user-centric design, and business and organizational acumen to develop inclusive, innovative and engaging performance improvement programs
Partners closely with key business leaders for program design, development and implementation of solutions
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the assigned projects
Provide consulting, and/or project management of learning programs
Regularly conducts stakeholder analysis across diverse teams and facilitates this process for others
Work closely with content, graphics, and development teams to develop products, achieve cost and quality targets and ensure on-time delivery
Oversees and manages large in-person training events, including various stakeholders
Effectively utilizes best practice project management strategies and solutions to lead the solution design, development, and delivery with cross-functional and firmwide teams
Uses excellent communication strategies to build relationships across the firm to bring project responsibilities to fruition to benefit individuals, teams and the firm
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and recommend solutions
Ability to successfully manage and meet multiple, simultaneous project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience applying principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion across learning strategies and activities
Develops and maintains partnerships with functions and groups within Crowe
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid working knowledge of Office 365
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Ability to create products with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to develop and edit content according to specific clients’ needs
Leadership experience in the Learning or Organizational Development field OR /business experience in a professional services or corporate business environment
Demonstrated performance in learning strategy, design and implementation; successfully led and delivered large scale learning solutions within organizations and educational solutions that have contributed to culture shift
Must be an inclusive and collaborative professional, well versed in working with diverse colleagues.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience developing strategic communication plans and utilizing multiple communication channels required
Demonstrated success in project leadership and program implementation
Proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization including the executive level
Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, critical thinking, problem solving and written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s in Organization Development, Business, or CPA a plus
Responsible for leading the change necessary to create a new curriculum and strategy for the audit and assurance practice. Taking all existing learning solutions and strategically identifying a new curriculum approach; driving the overall content strategy for what content is offered when, to whom, etc.
Creates and communicates a standard learning approach across the entire practice which allows for appropriate flexibility and creates the rigor needed to achieve regulatory requirements
Provides thought leadership on regulatory changes and the impact it has on how we’ll need to adjust our learning strategies and approaches
Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, critical thinking, problem solving and written and oral communication skills

Job Description:
The Learning Business Advisor will work closely with business leaders, team members and other firm personnel to drive creation and execution of the learning strategy and curriculum for the entire practice in the firm. This individual will inclusively lead a strategic planning process to define the vision, strategic plan and operating structure to drive success for the practice in all aspects of the learning strategy. The successful individual in this role will work to establish the programs, curriculum and processes to bring our practice through our transformation as a business and ensure our people are ready and able to be successful in the future.
