Job Description

- You will create instructional design plans for employee learning experiences
- You will analyze content, target audience, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies that align with the defined learning goals and team evaluation strategy
- You will define learning goals to assess the skills and mindsets within the learning experience
- You will create a user experience by implementing the principles of instructional design models and adult learning theories
- You will explain the science and why behind learning design methodologies and how they merge with creative concepts to help partners understand the value of the development experience
- You will collaborate with team members in Talent Development and across the University to integrate learning design and technologies into projects
- You will be an important contributor to the product development for new and iterative projects in Talent Development
- You will partner with the learning analytics team to pilot and align evaluation to achieve measurable results
- You will develop learning experiences that are accessible and inclusive using current best practices
- You will manage the learning assets developed within product and teams using knowledge management skills
- You will use project management skills and tools to lead design projects from discovery to launch
- 2+ years of experience
- Master's Degree
- An understanding and application of adult learning and curriculum design methodologies

The opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Learning Design, you will design content that cultivates engagement and use technology to foster connections and promotes active employee learning experiences and mindsets. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and partner to understand needs and translate them into a learning experience that is enjoyable, engaging, relevant, and informative. You will be a member of the Talent Development team that blends learning, innovation, and personal development. This role can be 100% remote through our approved working states. #LI-Remote

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $50,105.00 - $80,184.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $55,366.00 - $74,908.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
