What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop learning content and materials for various delivery methods
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define content requirements
- Organize learning content on various platforms for easy access
- Participate in research and brainstorming activities to apply best practices
- Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance user learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a collaborative team environment within Learning and/or Human Resources
- Experience delivering e-learning content using LMS technology and multimedia platforms
- Strong communication skills and understanding of diversity in learner needs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage deliverables effectively
- Degree or Diploma in Adult Learning, CPTD/CTDP, or equivalent designation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with visual & graphic design, multimedia, and digital editing
- Proven ability to take concepts from idea-to-execution through collaboration
- Technology savvy with a passion for continuous learning and teaching others
