Job Description

- Grow trusted relationships with wider business stakeholders and internal learning team to understand the learning needs and relevant business issues. Ensure learning solutions support the aims, objectives, values, and culture of the business.
- Manage a portfolio of internal business clients and support them with various changes as it relates to system implementations, policy, and process changes, as well as content updates.
- Create statements of work (SOWs) key milestone documents and change orders to define expected project assets, milestones, and delivery cadences.
- Ensure that learning requests are responded to within appropriate timelines and are fully completed in accordance with all statements of work (SOWs) and ensure all programs are delivered effectively, within budget, to contract, and on schedule.
- Coordinate feedback and design discussions with business units and/or vendor partner(s) for program adjustments.
- Collaborate with learning project teams to ensure quality services are delivered to the business unit and work to resolve problems that impact the execution of learning solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place, and that the delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives
- Establish structure within project teams to ensure open and clear communication levels are maintained and activities are in line with program objectives and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization
- Work schedule includes blended in-office and work from home.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory, familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) strongly preferred

The State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) Learning and Development function is an important driver of business success. As we work to create agile learning programs Learning Relationship Managers are responsible for the day-to-day support of our business partners. This position serves as a dedicated point of contact and the first step in our intake process. They work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to deliver high-quality learning programs that align with organizational goals. They ensure full visibility into our process from project kickoff to post learning evaluations and proactively escalate issues or concerns that could impact project health. Learning Relationship Managers make sure programs are constructed in line with expected outcomes and ensure learning constantly presents value to the business units we serve.
