      Leasing Specialist – Meadow Creek Apartments

      Location: Westminster, MD
      Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
      Starting Pay: $21 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities

      Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective residents, maintaining positive relationships with current residents, and driving leasing success through excellent customer service, marketing efforts, and problem-solving.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process
      • Track and log all inquiries, phone calls, and walk-in traffic
      • Prepare weekly traffic reports and maintain marketing materials
      • Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready by coordinating unit preparations and performing light cleaning as needed
      • Plan and execute resident retention initiatives, including community events and outreach programs
      • Monitor market trends and visit competitor properties quarterly to stay informed on specials and pricing
      • Assist management in building strong resident relations and supporting daily operations
      • Coordinate marketing efforts and promote the community through outreach events
      • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for resident documents, invoices, and vendor records
      • Assist with administrative duties, including handling resident correspondence, scheduling tours, and processing paperwork

      Education & Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
