      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee ADA, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Workers Compensation processes
      - Meet with employees to discuss leave and Workers Comp procedures, providing necessary documents and guidance
      - Maintain and update leave tracker, HRIS, and timekeeping systems
      - Coordinate and facilitate bi-annual Workers Compensation review process
      - Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and maintain the Injury and Illness Prevention Program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if experience is equivalent
      - Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in leave of absence, ADA, and workers’ compensation
      - Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PDL, and state-specific leave and disability requirements
      - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Workers Compensation, health and safety, and ergonomics in a corporate environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional Certification in Human Resources or Benefits
      - Experience with EEOC and DFEH claims
      - Knowledge of OSHA regulations
      - Experience with UltiPro HRIS
      - Strong analytical skills for developing effective solutions
