What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle of leave administration for all assigned clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR and benefits teams, managers, employees, and corporate counsel
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves, including FMLA and ADA/ADAAA
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing leave of absence inquiries and offering expert guidance
- Monitor and identify opportunities for efficiencies within leave processes for clients and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high volume of Leaves of Absence administration for mid to large size companies
- Proven project management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple clients
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with a variety of clients, including C-level executives
- Technology background in benefit administration, payroll, or HRIS reporting systems
- Experience with AbsenceSoft leave management system
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish
