      Description

      Job Title: LEED Program/Project Manager

      Company: TRISTAR

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at TRISTAR! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various project tasks and ensuring that all milestones are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities:

      - Ensure Shipcheck tasking and funding support for SIDs delivery milestones.

      - Review Planning Yard shipcheck execution reports and provide actionable recommendations.

      - Assist NSWC AP communications with RMC and SURFMEPP to ensure that discovered TYCOM responsible repairs are programmed appropriately.

      - Ensure SIDs development tasking and funding to support availability execution planning milestones.

      - Participate in design development processes.

      - Provide technical input for LARs/RLARs as required.

      - Ensure LLTM is tasked in support of availability execution milestones.

      - Assist ISEA in resolving material issues related to availability execution.

      - Identify and recommend improvements for obtaining difficult LLTM for installations.

      Required Skills:

      - Strong project management skills with a focus on task prioritization and milestone tracking.

      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

      - Ability to analyze reports and provide constructive feedback.

      - Technical knowledge related to shipcheck execution and repair programming.

      - Problem-solving skills to address material issues and improve processes.

      - Experience in design development and technical documentation.

      Requirements

      - Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.

      - Minimum of 7 years of direct experience.

      - Master's Degree or higher.
