      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare complex correspondence, accounting, and legal forms
      - Independently answer inquiries from consumers, court personnel, and others
      - Process mail, schedule appointments, and organize files for record retention
      - Assist with various special projects for the Civil Litigation Division
      - Provide back-up assistance for the Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section receptionist

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of professional office experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Exceptional typing skills at 60 words per minute
      - Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle a high volume of work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of secretarial experience, preferably in a law office
      - Familiarity with automated case management systems
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
      - Experience in composing complex legal correspondence
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
