      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex paralegal duties, including reviewing, editing, and drafting legal documents
      - Assist with Public Records Act requests by analyzing and drafting responsive documents
      - Create and manage databases for tracking legal, hospital, and patient trends
      - Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on statutory and case law
      - Support attorneys with trial preparations and special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for scheduled work shifts in Sacramento, CA
      - Minimum educational requirement: legal analyst classification
      - Experience in performing complex paralegal duties and legal research
      - Strong analytical skills to support legal and management staff
      - Ability to maintain compliance with the Public Records Act

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience communicating with court staff and filing documents in California courts
      - Background in civil, criminal, or mental health proceedings related to legal analysis
