      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in various corporate governance matters and sustainability reporting projects
      - Conduct research on sustainability disclosures and third-party scoring
      - Support the preparation of disclosure planning and analyses
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather sustainability/ESG data
      - Prepare presentation materials for senior management and submit materials to third-party organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a graduate student pursuing a JD or LLM or a dual law degree (environmental law is a plus)
      - Excellent writing and analytical skills
      - Strong collaboration, coordination, and facilitation skills
      - 1-2 years of experience in engineering, environmental law, or a compliance department is a strong plus
      - Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in a language spoken at one of the employer's global locations in addition to English
      - Previous experience in corporate governance or sustainability reporting
