- Perform legal research utilizing various databases to summarize, organize, and assemble facts based on case records
- Retrieve documents including motions, affidavits, court orders, and more
- Set up current awareness and docket alerts
- Coordinate with management to ensure project deadlines are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of professional experience in a law firm, law department, or law industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with legal research databases such as WestLaw, Bloomberg Law, or LexisNexis
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team-driven setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience understanding litigation activity within the context of the legal process as reported as part of a docket
