      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update corporate entity records, annual filings, and qualifications
      - Review, draft, and administer a wide range of contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies
      - Oversee and manage the company’s trademark portfolio, including applications and renewals
      - Manage the corporate insurance program, including applications and claims
      - Lead the effort to build and maintain a centralized document management system for key agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Paralegal Certification
      - Broad knowledge of cannabis regulatory and legal frameworks
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within the cannabis industry or familiarity with its regulatory frameworks
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Proven ability to synthesize complex information into understandable concepts
      - Experience in vendor management processes
