What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide second-level support for various legal applications and software, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
- Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Perform routine checks and monitor systems to ensure security and performance
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement new software applications
- Maintain accurate documentation of support procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing support for legal or enterprise-wide applications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with legal technology such as iManage and Intapp
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in technical problem-solving
- User-level experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and OneDrive
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in supporting multiple applications across a global firm
- Familiarity with basic PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Experience testing QA deliverables and reporting bugs
