      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer elevated calls and inquiries, performing complex research to assist Validators and respond to appeals
      - Analyze jurisdiction and issues by reviewing case documents and correcting errors
      - Process requests for postponements, withdrawals, and other party requests in a timely manner
      - Ensure compliance with noticing deadlines mandated by Federal and State laws
      - Communicate effectively with parties on behalf of Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) to facilitate the appeals process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a current, valid driver’s license if required to drive for state business
      - Minimum of an Associate degree from an accredited college or Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certification
      - Experience as a legal assistant
      - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle internal and external complaints
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps, and Adobe Acrobat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Healthy Arizona Plus Public Assistance online application system
      - Experience with case management systems (e.g., APS, HEAplus, AZTECS)
      - Knowledge of Arizona Public Assistance and Unemployment Insurance law, practices, and procedures
      - Strong analytical skills to identify complex legal issues in appeals
      - Experience managing multiple computer programs simultaneously
