      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and mentor a team of legal assistants, ensuring quality work and adherence to office protocols
      - Provide complex legal support for attorneys and case managers in disciplinary proceedings
      - Process and distribute disciplinary documents for official review
      - Manage subpoenas and legal requests, ensuring document accuracy and compliance
      - Coordinate settlement conferences and hearings, overseeing workflow and data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five years of experience in a legal environment, with at least two years in a supervisory role
      - Experience in a legal or judicial setting, supporting attorneys or judges
      - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
      - Demonstrated customer focus and resilience in challenging situations
      - Ability to communicate effectively and engage in self-development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of recent experience supporting legal professionals
      - Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat DC and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
      - Strong proofreading and editing skills for legal documents
      - Experience managing difficult customer interactions and prioritizing tasks
      - Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines with quality work
