      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Department staff, including attorneys and paralegals
      - Coordinate and assist with state insurance division audits and the preparation of legal reports
      - Maintain filing, tracking, and disposition systems for legal documents and communications
      - Manage the establishment, maintenance, and release of Legal and/or Litigation Holds
      - Accept, track, and coordinate the payment and receipt of legal bills, settlement payments, and reimbursements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of progressively responsible administrative work experience in a law office or corporate law department
      - Associate's degree preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with confidential records maintenance
      - Ability to interpret state and federal statutes, regulations, and case law
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels

      - Proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation in administrative processes
      - Familiarity with legal indexing systems and records research
      - Ability to mentor and provide training to other Legal Assistants
