      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and maintaining an organized case filing system
      - Assist lawyers in preparing for trial by conducting legal research, organizing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses
      - Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers
      - Conduct interviews with clients to gather information on their legal issues
      - Prepare legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including interrogatories and legal briefs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
      - Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or advanced paralegal education
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired
      - Strong communication and writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a paralegal professional certification
      - Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
      - Familiarity with legal research tools and resources
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
