What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain and update legal files and document management systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Own vendor and partnership contracts, including review, negotiation, and approval workflows
- Track deadlines related to contracts, litigation, and compliance matters, and alert relevant stakeholders
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law as directed by legal staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting a legal department, law firm, or similar corporate administrative function
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of legal terminology, concepts, and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with contract management, corporate filings, or legal operations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with legal document management systems
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga is a plus
