What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare legal forms, documents, and correspondence related to estate planning and probate matters
- Track and adhere to established timeframes to meet deadlines for client matters
- Edit documents based on requests from attorneys and paralegals, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- File and send original documents to the court and various counties for recording
- Maintain estate planning and probate case files, ensuring they are organized and up to date
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of legal administrative experience, specializing in estate planning and probate
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal terminology and administrative procedures in the relevant fields
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple duties with competing priorities
- Proficiency in operating office equipment and computer software

- Experience in preparing final estate planning portfolios
- Familiarity with client interaction and support during meetings
- Strong typing and document proofreading skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with clients and colleagues
