      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide effective, accurate, and timely legal secretarial support to assigned Attorneys
      - Maintain current, accurate calendars and schedules for Attorneys
      - Schedule and manage depositions, hearings, and appointments in a timely manner
      - Prepare outgoing mail and manage document scanning and photocopying
      - Ensure compliance with court rules and administrative body requirements, including electronic filing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation legal experience in private practice and/or corporate legal practice
      - High School Diploma is required; Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred
      - Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
      - Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of claims and litigation practices
      - Experience with E-filing strongly preferred
