      Essential Job Functions
      • Request and review documentation from the law firms and review appeals from the firms on our decisions.
      • Act as the liaison between our customers, typically Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers, and their law firms.
      • Achieve weekly and monthly goals regarding the number and dollar amount of the law firm invoices that they must review.
      • Become proficient in the analysis of one customer's legal spend and then expand to include multiple customers.


      Mandatory Qualifications
      • Paralegal Certificate and/or JD from ABA accredited University is mandatory
      • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a law firm are mandatory
      • Experience with the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry in the United States is mandatory
      • Litigation management solution experience is required

      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Great presentation skills to communicate with management and customers
      • Good personal computer and business solutions software skill
      • Ability to work in a team environment


      Work Environment:
      • Remote - Home office
      • Schedule: Monday through Friday, core business hours
      • This position is fully remote within the United States only

      Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,400 - $93,500.

      Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
